Coaching Plans

Cornerstone Coaching Premium

$150 / Per Month

  • Custom training plan delivered weekly through a Premium Training Peaks account 
  • Workout schedule adjustments as needed. 
  • Workout feedback provided regularly.
  • Text/email communication with Coach Pat Greehan as reasonably needed.
  • A pre-race phone call to discuss strategy, tips, fueling/hydration, etc.


The following are included if desired by the athlete.

  • Athlete initiated monthly phone call 
  • Post-race analysis phone call
  • HRV, Resting HR, and Recovery tracking 
  • Help with fueling daily workouts and race prep
  •  Help develop mental skills needed to achieve your goals

Cornerstone Coaching Standard

$100 / Per Month

  • Custom bi-weekly training plan delivered through a Premium Training Peaks account 
  • Weekly text/email feedback on how your training is progressing 
  • Pre-race discussion on strategy, tips, nutrition/hydration for “A” races
  • Help with fueling daily workouts and race prep 
  • Mental preparation skills for training and racing

Mountain Biking

We have you covered no matter what your preference: racing in the disciplines of cross country, marathon, or long distance events or developing skills as a brand new rider.  We understand the physical and mental demands required to achieve your personal best.  We will meet you where you are and develop a plan to ensure every pedal stroke pushes you to peak performance. 

Bikepacking

Plan and train for your next bikepacking trip or race with our seasoned guidance. We specialize in offering tailored coaching to optimize your endurance, packing strategy, and nutrition for wherever your adventure takes you. If you are planning an adventure in northeast Minnesota, our local knowledge of Northwoods bikepacking routes will set you up for a successful and fun trip.

Gravel Racing

Conquer the gravel scene with our targeted coaching strategies. We will develop a custom program focused on the specific needs of your events and on the skills needed for success on diverse gravel terrains. We’ll help you improve speed and endurance to become the best rider you can be!

Ultra Distance

 Prepare for ultra distance cycling with an experienced coach. Our coaching program will be tailored to the specific conditions of your event. Whether you’re looking to tackle your first winter ultra or improve past performances we’ll guide you through building the stamina and mental fortitude needed for ultra cycling success.
